Please be advised that the Government of the Republic of Zimbabwe repealed the War Veterans Act (Chapter 11.15) and enacted the Veterans of the Liberation Struggle Act (Chapter 17:12).
Following this repeal the Ministry of Defence and War Veterans intends to extend a nationwide registration exercise for Non-Combatant Cadres and War Collaborators in the diaspora who wish to be registered to place on record their respective standing.
All Zimbabweans in Australia and New Zealand who wish to be registered may contact the Embassy and request for the registration forms.
Please note that the registration exercise should be completed no later than 26 July, 2021.
